Information we collect
When you use the calculator we collect your name, email, phone number and the property address, along with your questionnaire answers (building type, roof age, condition and material). We also keep the satellite measurement produced for that address.
Why we collect it
This information is used to calculate your quote and to route your request to the certified distributor serving your area so they can contact you. Without it we cannot produce an estimate or follow up.
Who it is shared with
Your request goes to the Nano distributor assigned to your region, and to the providers that make the service work: Google (geocoding and imagery), our roof measurement service, and our customer relationship platform. We never sell your information.
Advertising and measurement
If you arrive from an ad, a click identifier may be attached to your request to measure campaign performance. We do not create tracking records for organic traffic.
Retention and security
Requests are kept for as long as needed for commercial follow-up and legal obligations, then deleted. Access is limited to people who need it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
